Large Wall Venture Piece This piece was part of the New York New Wave Show, Excentric Format – The Shaped Field, at PS 1 in 1981. Five sheets of 4x8 plywood were painted in black and white, incised with a router, reconfigured in a 3:4 progression, and attached to the wall on a framework relief in floor-to-ceiling position. This was the first and only large-scale installation from the Venture Series. |
