Untitled (Latticework Series) A number of studies were made using the “see through” idea from early paintings, treating the grid as a fragmented lattice. The grid becomes more shaped and three dimensional here rather than a flat, architectural overlay. Large paintings were anticipated but never executed based on these studies. |
